Back! ... again :)

Hey there guys, what's going on!?
2009 is here and that's awesome! Im really excited about it because, for me at least, 2008 wasnt really the best year ever, tons of problems and bad stuff happened, including me totally abandoning my workout/eating habits wich sucked a lot.

Now your probably asking '... why the hell are you updating your 'workout blog' then, f*ckface?' and that's a very smart question. Well the thing is that, as the other 6 billions people around the globe, i have started the 2009 with very high expectations, awesome goals to archieve... a new 'life level' to reach, and that includes getting fit as f*ck! thats right! fit as F*CK!, among other things like getting my college degree in electronics, buying a car (those guys at lexus are fucking genius man, lexus lx330 is beautiful! or maybe i'll go crazy and get the civic SI 2006, another beast... ok thats waay to offtopic let me close this parentesis) and yeah, few goals here and there.

Anyways that's pretty much it guys, i'm officially in again, in fact im starting my first routine the moment i press the PUBLISH post now. If anyone out there likes to join me, feel free to leave a comment, lets do this, stop being a lazy ass... like me.

The main reason why im doing this is because this past weekend i went to a hotel for my friend's birthday, and what a boost it was! I know im not ripped, thats why im doing this in the first place, but i consider i've changed quiet a bit since my first day so its always good to share it.

Monday - Updates

Hey guys, whats going on?
Thanks for the emails i've received this past week.

Anyways, done with week1 of my comeback. As i said before, im going for the muscle building challenge but i decided to spend my first 2 weeks doing general body workouts so my body gets used to this sh*t again. Today im gonna start my second 'warm up' week with heavier weights and longer reps.

By the way, me and my friends finally got our hands on a sandbag and a pair of boxing gloves... i've been looking foward to this for a long time, because usually i dont have time for cardio or HIIT, so a good 30min of shadow boxing and sandbag training will do just fine (Arnel gave me that idea some time ago). Besides, its great for gaining speed and power for punches in case i need to kick some dudes ass (Sean... bar fight... lol)

So. Thats it for the updates. I hope whoever is reading this right now is doing fine with the workouts... or if you havent started yet... get to it!

New plan. Starts today.

Hey guys. Its been a while huh...
Anyways, vacations are here, so i can forget about school for a while now and dedicate 100% to this shit. As you may noticed, i decided to erase all my old posts and start today with a clean blog.

I hope whoever is reading this (i have no idea how the fuck i got 700+ visits) leave a comment and why not? start your own blog and lets work together.

By the way, this time i decided to follow Arnel's 'Build Muscle in 16weeks' challenge. I loved the sixpack in 16weeks one, but its kinda of a 'general body workout' and i want to build some muscle before hitting that again. I already got some review from my friend Mauricio (finalist of the first sixpack challenge), he's doing week 10 now and so far its been working good. Best of luck bro!

Im gonna be doing the muscle building routines on Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and running+abs routines on the other 3 days leaving sunday for rest. I already hitted my first 2 days. Today is wednesday so ill be doing my second muscle routine. Ill post later tonight or tomorrow morning.
